Sophie Cozine is a Clinical Herbalist, musician and the founder of Floralia Herbals, a plant medicine practice rooted in traditional herbalism and the art of medicine making. Sophie has formulated three of Niteswim's blends (Nite-In, Light in Your Heart and No Ordinary Love) and has been part of the brand since its earliest days. We asked her to pull back the curtain on how she takes care of herself at home.

Where do you call home?
What’s something you’re working on right now that’s lighting you up?
A lot of my time is going into crafting herbal formulas and imagining the space they'll eventually live in. My brand 'Floralia Herbals' has been evolving a lot over the past year and I'm excited to share more of it. Medicine making is my happy place.
What’s one thing you’ve recently let go of to feel more at ease?
I've been letting go of the need to have everything figured out. Listening to my gut.
One of my favorite rituals is giving myself a womb massage with mugwort oil in the evenings. It smells divine and is so good for femininity + the menstrual cycle. I also love making herbal infusions, particularly ones rich in minerals like Nettle + Oatstraw. Small rituals done consistently can be so powerful!
What’s your perfect bath setup—how do you make it feel extra special?
I'll usually light a few candles, put on something dreamy - some ambient music - tomcbumpz is a fav - and leave my phone in another room. Sometimes I'll put on the Ram Dass podcast 'Here and Now' and just listen.
I especially love incorporating our new blend, No Ordinary Love <3. When we created this blend, I wanted to highlight herbs that support the sacral chakra - our energetic center associated with creativity, pleasure, sensuality, self-expression.
