Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

Shipping Methods:

We offer standard shipping via UPS and US Mail, with options for expedited shipping at checkout.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over $70, excluding international orders.

Domestic Shipping:

We ship to all U.S. addresses, including P.O. boxes. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping at this time. For a special order, please email us helloniteswim@gmail.com to work something out.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey.

Missing or Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue.
