Botanical bath salts aren’t just pretty - they’re a form of plant-based self-care with real benefits. The ingredients in a soak (like Nite-In) are designed to help your body reset, especially when paired with warm water which helps absorption.

Let's break things down:

1. Magnesium bath salts (e.g. Epsom & Dead Sea salt)
Many of us are low on magnesium, which supports sleep, mood and muscle recovery. Soaking in magnesium-rich salts is a simple way to increase levels. No pills. No fuss. It’s especially helpful during stress spikes, post-workout, seasons of grief...we can keep going as the support list is long!

2. Whole dried botanicals (such as chamomile, rose, lavender, passionflower)
Flowers have been used for centuries to calm inflammation, soothe the skin and support the nervous system. In a warm bath, their natural oils and compounds gently infuse into the water + and are absorbed into your skin (aka our largest organ).

3. Essential oils (but not too much)
A few drops of essential oils like bergamot or clary sage help activate your parasympathetic nervous system, aka your rest and digest mode. We keep it light and safe for soaking.

4. Clean recognizable herbs
Everything in our blends is there for a reason. No filler. Just a therapeutic mix of salts, herbs and botanicals that support skin health, stress relief and your nighttime wind-down.

So yes, while our botanical bath salts do look fancy on your shelf, they’re doing the real work behind the scenes through transdermal absorption. Happy Bathing.
